Who We Are
Jims The Building Consultant, is an Architectural and Structural Consultancy Firm operating from the humble village of Elanji in Ernakulam, Kerala. The firm since its inception has specialised in bespoke residential planning and engineering. Our expertise lies in creating thoughtfully planned homes with aesthetics, structural integrity, functionality, and sustainability.

Mr Jims John B.Tech (Civil), MBA, DTA, founded the firm in 2002 and has served as the principal architect and structural design consultant representing the firm.
